YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL OR RETURN AN ORDER
14-day withdrawal period
In the EU you have the right to return the products you bought online or by other means of distance selling, such as by phone, mail order, or from a home seller, within 14 days with a full refund of the amount you paid. You can return your purchases for any reason – even if you just changed your mind.
The 14-day withdrawal period does not apply to all markets. In the case of fashionfortwo.shop that trades clothing, the only exception is for products that are made to order or are clearly personalized.
The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the date of receipt of the products. However, if the end of the withdrawal period coincides with a holiday, the deadline is extended until the next working day.
How to cancel a purchase
You must inform the fashionfortwo.shop team that you want to cancel your purchase. It is not enough to just return the products. Our team must provide you with a standard withdrawal form with which you can inform us of your decision, but you do not have to use it. You can update fashionfortwo.shop at the same time as the products are returned, for example, by adding a written statement to the products you return by mail, by sending an email or by filling out an online return form on the fashionfortwo.shop website.
You must return the products within 14 days after informing the fashionfortwo.shop team.
- In case of return of a defective product, fashionfortwo.shop covers the costs of return and/or change of products
- In case of change due to the wrong size, fashionfortwo.shop covers the return costs for the first change
- In case of withdrawal and refund without any reason, the consumer must cover the return costs of his / her products.
Fashionfortwo.shop must refund your money within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request. However, it may be delayed to get your money back if you do not receive the products or proof of return.
Refunds must include shipping costs you paid when you made your purchase. However, fashionfortwo.shop may charge you additional shipping costs if you request a non-standard delivery (such as urgent delivery).
In any case of return/exchange of products, the customer must necessarily return the transaction receipt along with the products.
